Hi I’m Faith

I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) who believes that everyone deserves a space where they feel truly heard, understood, and accepted just as they are. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in connection, and I strive to create a space where you can bring your whole self without fear of judgment.

I know that reaching out for help can feel daunting, but it’s also a brave and powerful step. My own therapeutic journey started when I was young so I have been in your shoes when trying to decide to ask for help. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, uncover patterns that might be holding you back, and discover ways to help you feel more grounded and connected.

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are, whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck. I draw on approaches like person centered therapy and humanistic modalities — but more than anything, I bring empathy, curiosity, and genuine care to each session.

When I am not in session with you, I am probably drinking some chai, reading whatever book has caught my attention lately, or relaxing with my dog (her name is Etta and you will have seen her throughout the website because I am a little obsessed with her).

I’m not here to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you find your own path forward. If you’re ready, we can begin that journey together.
